Last Sunday during the CrossFit Games Open workout 14.3, Alex, Greg and Jonathan entered the arena together for an epic battle of Deadlifts and Box Jumps. The energy was enough to shake the walls (literally) as these warriors poured their heart and soul into the workout. Congratulations to Jonathan who won the workout with 10 repetitions at 315lb.
