Split Jerk 1-1-1

Note: Go progressively heavier on each set. We will review the Split Jerk technique today in class. Who can Split Jerk their bodyweight?

Yogaeira™ is a fusion practice of Vinyasa Yoga, Martial Arts, and Thai Bodywork.  This unique practice playfully and gracefully blends technique, conditioning, and philosophy from the Brazilian Martial Art, Capoeira and the healing powers of Thai bodywork.The practice consists of capoeira technique and conditioning set within an dynamic and creative vinyasa flow. The practice also incorporates pranayama, meditation, and body work. Yogaeira™ creator, Amber Campion, has immersed herself since 2006 in the practice of cultivating awareness and mindfulness through the  ancient arts of Yoga, Capoeira, & Thai Bodywork. Her ability to create sequences that are creative, technical, focused, and playful make her accessible to all levels of practitioners.
