Squat Clean, 3 Repetitions (185lb. / 115lb.)

Rest as needed then,

Evolution B:
Complete As Many Repetitions As Possible in 3:00 of,
Double Under

Note: In there simplicity, these two distinct sessions are potent. Hit each session with 110% commitment. It is recommend everyone use the 3:00 to practice their Double Unders, even if the skill is still being developed.
