800 Meter Run “Buy In” (Floral Loop Or Row 1K)

Then,

Three Rounds Of:
15 Toes to Bar 
21 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
60 Double Unders (or 80 Weighted Jumps)

Then,

Cash out with a 400 Meter Run (or Row 500)

Note: This is gonna’ be a good one! Make sure you are staying hydrated during the day.
