This will be a fun chipper style workout.
1 – DB Devil Press
2 – DB Thruster
3 – DB Push Press
4 – DB Front Squat
5 – DB Hang Clean
6 – DB Deadlift
7 – Pushup
8 – Alt Lunges
9 – Sit-ups
10 – Squats
11 – Pike Pushup
12 – Burpee
The sequence for this workout you start at 1 Devil Press, then work 2 Thruster and 1 Devil Press, next round the athlete starts at 3 Push Press, then 2 Thruster and 1 Devil Press like the song. Continue through the workout until the last round the athlete starts at 12 Burpee and works through each of the movements. The day is the number of reps for each of those movements during the workout.
