Station 1 – Plank (any variation)
Station 2 – KB Goblet Squat 53/35
Station 3 – Sit-up
Station 4 – KB Swing 53/35
Station 5 – Hollow Hold
Each Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
There will be 2 minutes of rest between stations.
