CrossFit Open 2017 Announcement!

We are excited to support this years CrossFit Games Open, and encourage everyone to rally and support those Athletes who have registered to compete. Every Thursday at 5PM at our Krav Maga location, Hylie and Pete will be leading a live viewing of the workout announcement. Then, every Saturday beginning at 12PM, registered Athletes will be able to complete the workout with a judge for a formal submission of their score. Any questions on the Open, please check with this years CrossFit Open manager Hylie.
