Barbell Front Rack Standing Lunge, 30 repetitions (15 each leg – 95lb. / 65lb.)
Jiu Jitsu Bench Press, 50 repetitions (same barbell as lunge)
Barbell Front Rack Standing Lunge, 20 repetitions
Jiu Jitsu Bench Press, 30 repetitions
Barbell Front Rack Standing Lunge, 10 repetitions
Jiu Jitsu Bench Press, 10 repetitions
Rest as needed then,
90 seconds of max kipping pull-ups,
Rest 90 seconds
60 seconds of max strict pull-ups
60 seconds rest
30 seconds of max L-sit pull-ups
Note: Today’s session is a slightly modified 2020 CrossFit Games Workout and it’s a good one! The back leg on the lunge must “kiss” the ground.
