Note: Today’s session is a modified version of “Helen.” The goal is to complete each round in 4:00 or less. For example, an athlete who completes Evolution A in 3:00 will have 1 minute to rest before the start of Evolution B. Athletes can pick their start evolution, but must honor the order of rotation.
