Evolution B:
Minute One = Concept2 Row, 21 calories
Minute Two = Concept2 Row, 15 calories
Minute Three = Concept2 Row, 9 calories
Evolution C:
Minute One = Run 300 meters
Minute Two = Run 200 meters (Bus Stop)
Minute Three = Run 100 meters (Mailbox)
Evolution D:
Minute One = Ground to Overhead, 21 repetitions (75lb. / 55lb.)
Minute Two = Ground to Overhead, 15
Minute Three = Ground to Overhead, 9 repetitions
Note: Rest up to 2:00 between each evolution. Athletes can pick their start evolution but must honor the order of rotation.
