Note: This workout operates in the same manner as “Flubber”. Athletes will have 4:00 to complete a 500 meter row. In the remaining time, accumulate as many repetitions of the Pull-up, Push-up, Sit-up and Squat as possible. The long-term “Advanced” goal is to accumulate 100 repetitions of each of the respective skills, totaling the repetition requirement for the famous CrossFit “Girl” Angie. This is a potent workout!

CrossFit Pleasure Point Yoga and Mobility Class

The CrossFit Pleasure Point Yoga and Mobility class is growing stronger each week. The classes are themed around the development of the Warrior Spirit. Athletes attending the class frequently reflect on the benefits of their practice, including increased stillness of the mind, deeper connection to the intuition of the heart, and stronger performances in their CrossFit and Krav Maga workouts. The class is free to all CrossFit Pleasure Point Athletes, and is open to members of the public for a nominal drop-in fee. The class meets Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM at our Krav Maga studio.
