The United States Army CrossFit Program, originally drafted by Greg Amundson in 2009, has been officially adopted at the California Military Academy at Camp San Luis Obispo, CA. The photograph above was from the Army Doctrine Submission Packet that described the application of CrossFit for the US Army Soldier. The program will be published in a book that Greg and three other US Army Captains collaborated.
