Evolution A:

On a 12:00 running clock (4 rounds)

Minute One: Assault Bike (15 / 12 calories)
Minute Two: Rope Climb (MCTA)
Minute Three: Dumbbell Thruster, 15 repetitions (35lb. / 20lb.)

Rest as needed then,

Evolution B:

Shoulder Press, 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (5 second tempo)

Note: On Evolution A, Purple to Brown Belts should use “no leg” climbing techniques on the rope station. The shoulder press will be from the ground and the “tempo” will be counted by the coach – and it’s gonna be slow!
