From “The CAMP” (CrossFit Pleasure Point Maximum Performance)

Every Minute On The Minute for 7:00,

Add 2 Hang Power Cleans (Men 75lb. to 135lb. / Women 45lb. to 75lb.)

Rest as needed then,

On a 3:00 Clock
As Many Rounds and Repetitions As Possible of,
Double Unders, 50 Repetitions (or 100 Single Jumps)
21 Kettlebell Swings (35lb. / 25lb.)
15 Burpees
9 Pull-ups

Note: Todays session comes from a CAMP training evolution that was first “battle tested” in 2013 with UFC legend Gray Maynard and Coach, and was recently verified as legit by boxing legend “The Ghost.” The AMRAP session is 2 to 3 rounds, on 1:00 rest. At the advanced stage, all repetitions should be consecutive. This is a good one!
