“Bag Class Gone Bad!”

Complete One Minute At Each Station – No Rest Between Stations:
Heavy Bag Power Shots (Striking Technique Reviewed in class with Coach)
Assault Bike, Maximum Sustained RPM
Burpees, As Many Repetitions As Possible

Rest 1:00 and repeat for 3 rounds.

Note: Today’s workout comes from the CAMP that Coach and Robert “The Ghost ” Guerrero had last year, and it’s an “off the chart” intense workout. If you have Bag Gloves, please bring them to class. Otherwise, we have loaners at Krav Maga for you. Coach will be teaching all classes and will be reviewing the fundamentals of striking. Athletes can pick their start station but must honor the order of rotation. Scoring will be explained in class.
