Join us today at 5:30 PM for our CrossFit Pleasure Point Strikes Class. This course teaches students striking and incorporates the striking with a workout of the day. If you have your own gloves, bring them.
This is a great cardio session that will get your heart rate up and give you some new skills. Coach Henry Montes has a wealth of knowledge in boxing and will impart some of this wisdom during class.

Complete As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) in 8 minutes of:
DB Shoulder to Overhead (#35/20)
Each time you break, perform 50 Double-Unders or 100 Weighted Jumps
Rest up to 8 minutes then,
Complete As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) in 8 minutes of:
KB or DB Deadlift (#53/35)
Each time you break, perform 30 Situps
Note: This is one amazing workout! A “Break” constitutes anytime the dumbbells or kettlebells are dropped to the ground. We will begin each class with a review of the various shoulder to overhead techniques. Your “score” is the total number of Shoulder to Overhead and Deadlifts you achieve during each respective AMRAP.
Will getting it done during a 6AM class.
