3 Rounds of the “Elite Circuit” which consists of:
8 Consecutive Hurdles (Hurdle Pass)
3 Wall Climbers x Wall Walk Combinations
5 Toe To Bar x Windshield Wiper Combination
Rest as needed then,
Five Rounds for Time of:
5 Heavy Bag Ground to Shoulder
10 Lateral (Side to Side) Bag Over Burpees
Note: This incredible workout is from the archives of “The CAMP” session that Gray Maynard and Greg Amundson completed on Tuesday. Weight for the Heavy Bag is 100lb. for men and 70lb. for women. Modifications will be made available. The “Elite Circuit” is not a timed evolution. Instruction will be provided for the Wall Walker and Wall Climber drills. This is going to be an awesome day of training!
