Death by weight
Every 2 Minutes Complete the following complex
1 Squat Clean – 1 Hang Squat Clean – 1 Front Squat – 1 Shoulder to Overhead
Each round add weight until you cannot complete the complex
Starting weight should be between 45-75/35-65
Each round athletes should be adding from 5-20 pounds
If an athlete is unable to complete the round they should revert to the previous rounds weight and complete the remaining rounds at that weight.

Stretching and mobility are mandatory part of your training regiment.
