Find your 1RM Bench Press,
Rest 10 seconds
Pull-up, As Many Repetitions As Possible

Your “score” is the amount of weight on the barbell multiplied by the number of Pull-ups completed.

Rest as needed then,

For Time,

Kettlebell Swing, 21 Repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Barbell Front Squat, 21 Repetitions (115lb. / 75lb.)
Run 400 Meters
Kettlebell Swing, 15 Repetitions
Front Squat, 15 Repetitions
Run 400 Meters
Kettlebell Swing, 9 Repetitions
Front Squat, 9 Repetitions

Note: On Evolution B, Purple to Brown belts should be aiming for consecutive repetitions on all stations and split times on the run of sub 1:45.
