July Holistic Nutrition Challenge Update

In July, our gym will be hosting our first official Holistic Nutrition Challenge. This is a 3 part challenging involving:

  • Physical Nutrition (Zone Meals with Fruits & Veggies as Carbohydrate Source)
  • Physical Training (All Classes and all Outdoor Activities Count)
  • Mental Nutrition (Practicing First Words in the Morning)

Each day during the month of July, our Athletes will have an opportunity to achieve 3 points, one for their Physical Nutrition, one for Physical Training, and one for Mental Nutrition. To achieve a point for Physical Nutrition, you must create at least 3 Zone meals during the day. To achieve a point for Physical Training, you must attend any CrossFit Pleasure Point class (Yoga, Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, CrossFit, CAMP, Light, EWOD, etc.) or participate in an outdoor activity of your choice (surfing, hiking, jogging, etc.) To achieve a point for Mental Nutrition, the first words you speak each morning must be your mantra or affirmation. Examples of powerful first words are:

  • “I believe in my self, I love myself, and I constantly reaffirm my ability to succeed.”
  • “I am strong, healthy, positive and happy.”
  • “I am safe, happy, healthy, radiant and strong.”

This is going to be an awesome challenge! Everyone who achieves 75 or more total points (up to 3 points are achievable each day!) will receive a free CrossFit Pleasure Point T-shirt or Tank Top.
