Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) for 20:00 (10 rounds each station)
Odd Minutes = Shoulder to Overhead, 5 repetitions (155lb. / 95lb.)
Even Minutes = Single Leg Squats, 10 repetitions (5 each leg)
Note: Scale the barbell weight accordingly. The modification for single leg squats will be 25 regular squats.

Revival Weekend!
In addition to an epic workout on Saturday (Murph), this weekend there is an opportunity to create revival in your spiritual life! On Friday at 5:30PM at our gym there will be a special Faith Works Ministry message with Coach, and then on Saturday at 6PM and on Sunday at 9:30AM and 11PM our very own Pastor (and Coach!) Adrian will be preaching at Twin Lakes Church. Extra credit and a FREE bag of Metanoeo Coffee for people that attend all three events – Faith Works, Murph, and Twin Lakes!
