Join us today at 5:30 PM for our CrossFit Pleasure Point Strikes Class.  This course teaches students striking and incorporates the striking with a workout of the day.  If you have gloves, bring them.

This is a great cardio session that will get your heart rate up and give you some new skills.  Coach Henry Montes has a wealth of knowledge in boxing and will impart some of this wisdom during class.

“The Blitz”

As Many Rounds As Possible in 5:00 of,
6 Burpees
3 Hang Power Cleans (135lb. / 95lb.)

Rest as needed then,

As Many Rounds As Possible in 3:00 of,
6 Burpees
3 Hang Power Cleans (135lb. / 95lb.)

Rest as needed then,

As Many Rounds As Possible in 1:00 of,
6 Burpees
3 Hang Power Cleans (135lb. / 95lb.)

Rest as needed then,

90 seconds of Squats
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Hand Release Push-ups

Note:  During the second part of today’s workout, how many people can get a total over 100 repetitions.
