Gymnastics Strength Day:
Evolution A:
Tabata Squat (8 Rounds of 20 Seconds “On” x 10 Seconds “Off)
Rest as needed then,
As Many Rounds As Possible in 18:00 of,
Rope Climb, 1 Assent (Use Most Challenging Technique Available!)
Ring Dip or Bar Dip, 10 Repetitions
Note: Today’s session is all about developing solid bodyweight strength. The Tabata Squat session will be “butt to ball” for maximum range of motion and “every rep counts.” Each “Leg Assisted” rope climb counts as 5 points (ie. reps), and a “No Leg” climb counts as 10 points. Ring Dips will count as “Rx +” today. Ring Dip and Rope Climbing technique will be reviewed in all classes. This is a great session! Tonight at 5:15 is Bag Class and will include a super challenging circuit of Burpees, Bag, and Assault Bike. If your attending – bring your A Game!
