Push Jerk, 9 repetitions (135lb. / 95lb.)
Pull-up, 15 repetitions

Note: Today’s session is a slightly modified 2007 CrossFit Games workout. The AB station will be on the grinder. Weight modifications will be discussed in each class. How many people can Rx’ todays session and maintain 2:30 – 3:00 split times? Keep the rest between rounds to 3:00 or less.
