Station C = Run 300 meters
Station D = “Cindy”

Note: Today’s session is a super challenging anaerobic evolution. Take it one station and one round at a time with the goal of Rx’ing as many stations as possible for as long as possible. You must conclude each station in 50 seconds or less.
