0:00 – 3:00 = Concept2 Row, 500 Meters
3:00 – 6:00 = Assault Bike, 25 calories (18 women)
6:00 – 9:00 = 400 Meter Run
Continue the cycle above for 27:00 minutes.
Note: Treat each station as an all out sprint, and do your best to maintain the interval within +5 seconds. This is an endurance workout with a classic CrossFit Pleasure Point twist. Great goals are sub-1:45 splits on the Run and Row, and 1:15 splits on the Assault Bike.
