This week CrossFit Pleasure Point is featuring Programming from Coach James.

Coach James is a wealth of knowledge and loves to program.  Not only is he a gifted coach, and we are lucky to have him, but he is also a Local Business Owner.

For Time:

20 reps – Front Squat from the rack 115/85

800m Run

10 reps – Front Squat from the rack 155/115

400m Run

5 reps – Front Squat from the rack 185/135

200m Run

Rest 1:00 minute:

Then on a 5:00 minute clock establish a 1 rep max for Front Squat.
