Note: The modification for the Single Leg Squat is 20 Kettlebell Goblet Squats. This is an “Old School” circa 2003 Coach Glassman original workout, and it’s a good one! We might see the infamous Pistol (Single Leg Squat) in this years CrossFit Open, so now is a good time to start to practice! The Single Leg Squat will also be a component of the CAMP Purple Belt requirements.
