Tabata Tuesday
Athletes choice of 1 of the following Barbell movements:
Deadlift / Hang Power Clean / Squat Clean / Power Clean
Static Wall sit (seconds able to hold continuously)
Wall Walk
Flutter Kicks (seconds able to move continuously)
Each movement will be done as it’s own Tabata with 2-3 minutes rest to transition to the next movement.
Score will be the lowest number of reps completed in any of the 8 rounds for the movement. Find a consistent pace and work through all 8 rounds.
