This week at CrossFit Pleasure Point we want to expand our community. Bring a friend anytime this week, one day or all five, so they can see what we are all about. Everyone is nervous the first time the show up, make it easier for them by having them come with you!!!
Tabata Tuesday
Tabata is timing is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest/transition.
Scoring will be the least amount of reps completed in one of the rounds. Log each rounds reps.
There will be 2 minutes rest between movements.
Movement 1 – Russian KB Swing 53/35
Movement 2 – Pushup
Movement 3 – Sit-up
Movement 4 – Squat holding a plate behind your head 15/10

It does not get easier, but you will get stronger.
