Rest .10 Seconds (transition time)
Minute Two: Deadlift, Maximum Repetitions (155lb. / 105lb.)
Rest .10 Seconds (transition time)
Minute Three: Hand Release Push-ups (Maximum Repetitions)
Note: This is a modified station rotation workout, with enough time between stations to achieve a full minute of work and maximum sustained intensity. Rest 1:00 between rounds and report total repetitions achieved, combining all stations together. Athletes can pick their start station, but must honor the order of rotation.
