“Nutrition Challenge Workout #2”

Hang Power Clean, 50 Repetitions (95lb. / 55lb.)
Run the “Urban Mile” (Big Loop or Row 1.5K)
Burpee, 30 Repetitions

Rest as needed then,

1 Maximum Set of Pull-ups (Kipping is OK!)

Note: Today we conclude the August 30 +1 Nutrition Challenge! We will repeat August 1st’s workout today, and athletes with the biggest improvements (on BOTH the workout and other fitness indicators to include total number of days adhering to the challenge standards) are eligible for some great prizes.
