Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) for Ten Minutes Complete:

10 Deadlifts
10 Hand Release Push-ups

Note: Before the workout we’ll spend ten minutes and find a new 1RM (1 Repetition Max) for the Deadlift. Once found, Athlete’s will use 50 percent of this weight for the workout.

Beginning Thursday, August 1, 2013, we are going to begin a thirty day Pull-up Progression. This incredible progression was taught to Greg by his good friend and Fitness Director for Krav Maga Worldwide Tina Angelotti. The progression resulted in everyone in their gym achieving their first dead-hang Pull-up, as well as many other strength improvements in the Deadlift, Push-up and Rope Climb.


Are you a CrossFit Pleasure Point Athlete interested in competing in CrossFit competitions and outdoor workouts such as triathlons and run-swims? We will be forming three competition teams: An Advanced, Intermediate and Beginner CrossFit Pleasure Point Team, and each team will have a Team Captain who will be responsible for coordinating a monthly Team Workout. Our 9:00 AM Advanced Class and Coach’s Development Class will transition into a Team Competition Class on Tuesday and Thursday where our “Competition Teams” will have a chance to train together.
