Join us at 4:00PM today inside our “Zoom Classroom Gym” for a group workout! We will all have a chance to “see each other” and check in on everyones wellbeing.
Evolution A:
For Time,
21 Burpees
50 Double Unders (or 100 single jumps)
15 Burpees
35 Double Unders (or 70 single jumps)
9 Burpees
20 Double Unders (or 40 single jumps)
Rest as needed then,
Evolution B:
Run 1 Mile (this can be done at any point during the day.)
Evolution C:
For Time,
100 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatches (alternate arm’s as needed)
Note: Today’s workout will be on Zoom and also Facebook Live in our CrossFi Amundson (private) Facebook Group. We encourage Zoom participation! If you need help logging in please let us know. All you need to do is plug the URL https://zoom.us/j/768867387 into your browser. This will be the same Zoom link all week.

Gym Gear Checkout Program
Our Coach’s are pleased to offer athletes of CrossFit Pleasure Point an opportunity to “check out” equipment to create a temporary “home gym” for this week of training (and possibly next week as well).
- Gear pickup today between 12:30PM and 2:30PM
- All gear must be “signed out” with Coach Margaret for accountability
- No C2Rower, Racks or Bikes (check with Coach if you absolutely need these items)
- Limit of 4 pieces of gear for each athlete
- All gear must be throughly cleaned when returned
- If you plan on dropping weights you need a rubber mat (not provided by gym)
- Any questions or to pick-up gear off hours check with Margaret
