Complete One Round for Total Repetitions:

On a 3:00 Running Clock,
Double Under, 90 Seconds
Wallball, 90 Seconds (20lb. / 14lb.)

Cash out with max rope climbs in 90 seconds

Note: Today’s session is legit – just ask the “Team Guerrero!” The goal is to maintain an average of 60 repetitions each round, and 100 repetitions on the Double Under round.
