Today we are going to work up to a 1RM (1 Rep Max) Split Jerk off the Iron MInd Racks. Then we’ll do a Coach Glassman original:

Note: Attempts on Double Under’s do NOT count today. Modifications include doubling repetitions and using the weighted red jump ropes.

The CrossFit Pleasure Point Endurance Workout is back!  Space is limited to 10 Athletes each week. You must e-mail Info@CrossFitAmundson within 3 days of the workout to reserve a spot. First come will be first served. These workouts will involve the Epic Fitness Van and trips to famous outdoor training locations including the track at UCSC, the famous wood stairs in Aptos, and the grueling hills at Blue Ball Park.
