Deadlift, 21 Repetitions (at HQ 225lb. / 155lb.)
Then 200 Meter Sprint to Krav Maga
Ten Rounds of (at Krav Maga):
5 Pull-ups
10 Hand Release Push-ups
100 Meter Sprint (Krav Maga to Bus Stop and Back)
Then 200 Meter Sprint to HQ
Deadlift, 21 Repetitions (at HQ 225lb. / 155lb.)

Note: This is gonna’ be a good one! There is a 40 minute time cap on todays session.
