From “The CAMP” (CrossFit Pleasure Point Maximum Performance)

2 Rounds of Partner Walking Lunge Drill

Rest as needed then,

3:00 AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of,

7 Hang Power Cleans
7 Bar Over Burpees (Side to Side Jump)

Rest 3:00 then,

2:00 AMRAP of,

7 Hang Power Cleans
7 Bar Over Burpees (Side to Side Jump)

Rest 1:00 then,

One Round For Time of,

7 Hang Power Cleans
7 Bar Over Burpees (Side to Side Jump)

Note: Weight on the Power Clean is up to 135lb. for men and 95lb. for women. Weight selected must be a weight that can be performed with impeccable technique for 7 consecutive Power Cleans. We are looking for speed and explosiveness today. Walking Lunge Drill is a 50 foot (weighted optional) lunge followed by a 25 foot band resisted sprint.
