Tabata Evolution A:

Complete 4 Rounds of Twenty Seconds On x Ten Seconds Off at Following Stations:

Pull-up
Rest 1:00
Parallel Bar Push-up
Rest 1:00
Feet Anchored Sit-up
Rest 1:00
Squat

Rest 2:00 then,

Tabata Evolution B:

Pull-up
Rest 1:00
Parallel Bar Push-up

Note: On Evolution A, Athletes will be scored based on their lowest round, and on Evolution B, Athletes will be scored based on their total (running) repetitions. The goal is to have our lowest round, when multiplied over four rounds, total your running score. For example, how many Athletes can achieve 20 Tabata Squats on Evolution A, and 80 (or more) total Squat repetitions on Evolution B? Athletes can pick their start station, but must honor the order of rotation. This was a Coach Glassman “test” of speed over sustained endurance!
