Weighted Walking Lunge 50 Feet
Partner Assisted Resistance Band Sprint 50 Feet
Rest as needed then,
50 Sit-ups
15,12,9 Repetitions of:
Kettlebell Thruster
Pull-up
50 Sit-ups
Note: The resistance band sprint drill is brought to us courtesy of Captain Jason Nee. Weight on the Walking Lunge is between 15lb. and 53lb Kettlebells or Dumbbells. This is an awesome drill to develop explosive power and speed. Weight on the Kettlebell Thruster is 35lb. for men and 25lb. for women. Barbell and Dumbbell modifications will also be made available. Each class will begin with a review of the Kettlebell Thruster technique. This is going to be a good one!
