Friday Hero Workout:

“Hotshots 19”

Six Rounds for Time:
30 Squats
Power Clean, 19 Repetitions (135lb. / 95lb.)
Run 400 Meters (HQ to 38th Ave. to Krav Maga)
7 Strict Pull-ups
Run to HQ (Krav directly to HQ)

Note: Todays workout honors Nineteen members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting team tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013, while fighting a fire in Yarnell, Arizona. There will be a 50 minute time cap on todays session, and scaling options will be discussed in the gym.
