Athletes will be given several minutes to log 3 unbroken efforts of Double Under Jumps.
We will be doing this all month long on Tuesday and Thursday after the warm-up.
Then,
12 Minute AMRAP
15 Jumping Pull-ups CP Jumping Chest to Bar
10 Burpee
5 Cleans (135/95) CP (185/135)
The emphasis for today will be working on the jumping pull-ups and then working on getting under the bar on the Cleans.
