Shoulder to Overhead, 10 repetitions (same weight as HPC)

Rest as needed then,

Assault Bike Challenge:

As Many Calories As Possible in 1:00
Rest up to 3:00
As Many Calories As Possible in .45 seconds
Rest up to 2:00
As Many Calories As Possible in .30 seconds
