GI Jane, As Many Repetitions As Possible in 90 Seconds
Note: Today is a BIG contrast from yesterday. The mantra “slow is pro” is the way to go on Tempo training days. Try to add weight to your barbell on each set. The goal for GI Jane’s is 20 repetitions or more.
