Note: Today we have another CrossFit HQ circa 2006 “Original Workout”. Use the same Barbell weight for all repetitions, and set a goal to keep all repetitions to single sets. Join Coach and Joshua Mantz at the 4PM workout for a few “Warrior Words” around the whiteboard!
