Complete 3 of the following stations without rest between the efforts for Time

500DU / 1000 Single Jump (alternative movement)
Log the split time between your individual movement efforts along with your total time.
This is a repeat from 230912, 231221, & 240209. If you completed all three prior efforts complete all three original movements for time.
If an athlete has missed one or two efforts from the prior time pick the combination of stations you have not completed.
For instance if you completed the Assault Bike and Row on the first effort and the Run and Assault Bike on the second effort.
During today’s WOD, the athlete would be encouraged to complete the Run and Row.
These can be completed in any order for individual athletes.
The jump rope station has been added for those athletes who need a modification for one of the three original movements.
