In a recent discussion with Nathan, I asked him the timeframe for his Jiu Jitsu Rounds at his level.  I was surprised to hear they were 10 minutes then 10 minutes rest followed by another 10 minute match.

Today, we are trying to replicate this the best we can.  Nothing matches a Bear Complex added with Burpees.  Nathan, be our guest to go 10 on, 10 min rest, 10 on.  Us mortals will stick to 5 on, 5 min rest.
