1 Minute rest between rounds

Station 1 – Hurdle Jump – athlete can pick height

Station 2 – Wall Ball 20/16

Station 3 – Sit-up

Station 4 – Ball Slam 20

Station 5 – Sumo Deadlift High Pull 95/65

Score is the total amount of cumulative reps completed during each round. Who can maintain their effort through all three rounds.

Athletes can choose their starting station but must honor the rotation as written.
